The truth lies in the middle, said Aristotle... I have read reviews that range from TOP to terrible... And yet it is a sufficient village... If expectations are high, it is better not to go there... The rooms are large but ours had a bad smell of humidity... Even leaving the windows open.. And the kitchen didn't even have a fork... Completely empty of any utensils... Empty doors... So paying a little more not to use it is useless... .. Bed without mattress cover... Sheets (among other things with holes) directly on the mattress.. Having made a complaint, an acetate scarf arrived instead of a mattress cover... Sheets changed only on Thursdays! Well-kept and well-kept outdoor spaces... large and clean swimming pool... Fairly good and varied food... Every day you have the possibility to choose between three first courses and three second courses for both lunch and dinner... What do you want? more... Helpful and kind dining room staff.... Entertainment: Nice guys, nice but not sufficiently prepared and engaging... Don't expect musical-style evening shows.. Only games for children and families.... The sea... The real pride of this place... And nature made it all.... Crystal clear and clear... Well-equipped beach! So what can you say if you don't have big expectations... A week goes by quickly!

Far from my expectations... the tour operator sponsors it as a village but it is not, it can be defined as a residence... to get to the beach there is quite a walk, if you have a stroller you have to go downhill it is an underpass where there is no the sidewalk with the risk of cars hitting you... Baby bottle shop poorly equipped if not non-existent, much, much more needs to be improved...

We booked a 4-star hotel, but maybe it reached 3. We spent the week of August at this property. It was not a good experience..... Beautiful building on the outside. Terribly managed. Mediocre rooms, sufficiently clean, poor and worn linen (mid-week my bed was made with a sheet with a hole in it). Sparsely furnished. Rude and unprepared staff (except for someone) Really poor cooking, a new problem every day (raw pasta, tasteless food, dry peaches) I would just like to point out to the management that those who go there are on holiday and would like to relax not solve daily problems, eat well and without having to chase after minutes since if you are late for lunch or dinner they make you skip a course. Not recommended

We also stayed here the first week of July 2023 and gladly returned again the week of 8/5/23 to 8/12/23. We were very well received by the reception staff who were always very friendly and nice, always ready to satisfy our every request, especially for the little ones! The assigned room is always neat and fragrant! They complied with my request to be placed in a room on the ground floor! The only flaw this week was that the internet connection, both WiFi and network, didn't work well and even the TV was acting up, we didn't catch all the channels! To improve! Compared to last time the food has improved a lot, all very good, congratulations to all the kitchen staff! Room staff always friendly and with a smile on their faces! Chief Animator Stefano fantastic sympathetic engaging tireless as always a real Duracell always present always available and very nice and very strong! his Tim was renewed from the last time the only one left Stefano small all doing shoulder to the legendary head animator, the fantastic Alessio and Federica arrived who took care of it perfectly by entertaining and involving all the children with the various games and activities and the legendary baby dance! My kids had a blast and bonded so much with them! Then there's Michela, also a newcomer, a fantastic girl in charge of muscle toning in the morning of the group dances of the aqua gym in the pool, and so on and so forth! I can say that the Arteteca animation has clearly made a leap to high quality (without detracting from the other two girls who were also fantastic last time) exceptional both with children and adults they involve you they take you and throw you on the track they make you make challenges to win the always varied and original aperitifs and their fantastic tournaments for both adults and children! Lots of fun! Young and smart entertainers! Fantastic Calabrian evening and Total White always organized by them with lots of 80s dances after dinner all dressed in white even the little ones we were all really beautiful! We were so sorry to have to leave this time we bonded with them even more we will have brought them home to Rome this time too!! We left each other the promise that they will come to visit us in Rome! ❤️❤️❤️ The only bad flaw was the sea the first days with gigantic waves and you couldn't swim but they, the entertainers, made us have fun anyway on the beach! Since Wednesday the sea has been calmer and more accessible! Thursday and Friday fantastic sea beautiful and clean! A real pleasure to take a bath!! Swimming pool in the afternoon with fantastic animation in real pleasure bathing with their music! Great Animation Library! We will miss you so much indeed...we miss you already!
